Proposal for Council to Grant Financial Assistance

In accordance with section 356 of the Local Government Act 1993 and Council resolution MN 31/21, notice is hereby given that Wingecarribee Shire Council is proposing to grant the Applicant for Development Consent 19/1439.01 Information and Education Facility / Function Centre, Fairground Follies 93-95 Kirkham Road, Bowral.

Public Exhibition For Planning Proposal - 50A Bulwer Road, Moss Vale

On 10 June 2020, Council resolved to proceed with the Planning Proposal to amend Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 and submit the same to the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment (NSWDPIE) for a Gateway Determination to rezone 50A Bulwer Road, Moss Vale currently zoned RU2 Rural Landscape, to E4 Environmental Living and apply a minimum lot size of 2 hectares.

Planning Proposals to Reclassify Land at 7-11 Burgess Street Bundanoon

7-11 Burgess Street Bundanoon (File Reference 5901/75) On 10 June 2020 Council resolved to proceed with a Planning Proposal to amend the Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan (WLEP) 2010 to reclassify Lot 1 DP 1246504, part 7-11 Burgess Street Bundanoon, from Community to Operational.

Civic Centre Repair & Refurbishment

The Civic Centre Repair and Refurbishment project involves repair and renewal works to the existing building located at 68 Elizabeth Street, Moss Vale.

Lake Alexandra, Mittagong Outlet Works Project

Council has engaged contractors Donnelley Civil to upgrade the outlet structure for Lake Alexandra. The works will improve the capacity of the structure, repair some scour damage and ensure the structure is capable of carrying the expected stormwater flows.
