Community Workshops

Our Waste Education Officer offers a range of services; including presentations and workshops at local events and the Resource Recovery Centre.

The Resource Recovery Centre will host a Zero Waste Gifts Workshop in February 2023 as part of the 2023 Seniors Festival. This workshop will cover practical, beautiful gifts that also help to reuse materials and reduce waste.

Future Workshops

Our waste education presentations and workshops range from the following topics:

Sessions are fun, flexible, interactive and can be tailored to suit the needs of your group. They can combine any of the above topics or can be tailored to your specific questions about waste.

Sessions are normally one to two hours, but can be tailored to meet your needs.
