If you have recently submitted an application, your application is pending lodgement following preliminary checks regarding the adequacy and completeness of information.
Please note that Council is currently experiencing delays in clearing applications. As such, Council is unable to provide a time frame for the lodgement process to be completed at this stage.
Updates about your application will continue to be provided via the NSW Planning Portal, including advice around fees and confirmation lodgement when the application is accepted.

Once your application has been accepted for lodgement a fee quote will be generated and sent via the NSW Planning Portal. Payment can be made either over the phone (credit/debit card with 0.78% surcharge), via mail (cheque) or in person at the Civic Centre in Moss Vale (cash, cheque, debit card or credit card with 1% surcharge). Please contact Council on (02) 4868 0888 before 4:30pm EDST Monday to Friday if further assistance is required. EFT is not available for payment of development applications.
