DA Tracker
If you have received a Neighbour Notification Letter from Council relating to a Development Application, there are publicly available documents that you can access via link at the bottom of this page. Simply scroll down and click on DA Tracker button to access this information on a desktop or tablet device.
Once you've navigated into the DA Tracker, you can search for any Development Applications recently lodged with Council. You do not need to login to access this information.
Simply select 'Application Tracking' from the left hand menu to open the Application Search page, enter the Development Application number in the Application ID field, then click the Search button. This will then bring up any public documents related to the development application.
Application Tracking allows you to see the status and follow the progress of the following types of applications:
- Development Applications (DAs)
- Complying Development (CDCs)
- Section 4.55 Modification Applications (previously Section 96) - an application to modify a development consent
- Section 8.2 Review Applications (previously Section 82A) - an application to review a determination of the Council
Using Application Tracking you can access information related to an application online such as:
- Name of Council's Assessment Officer
- A selection of publicly available electronic documents
- Current status of application including tasks that have been completed
- A decision/determination of the application
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently migrating Post March 2021 DAs into the DA Tracker, If your search does not include publicly available documentation ie consent please create a service request and we will arrange to have this information updated on the DA Tracker.
