Book a civil or building inspection online
Effective July 1st, 2022, we have made some important changes regarding our inspection fees and payment process. Please take note of the following updates:
1. Separate Inspection Fees: Starting from the mentioned date, all fee quotes will no longer include inspection fees. This means that inspection fees will be charged separately.
2. Pre-payment Requirement: To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we now require payment for inspections to be made in advance, prior to the scheduled inspection date. Please make sure to settle the payment before your inspection day.
Booking Your Inspection:
To book your inspection, we offer two convenient options:
- Online Booking Form: Visit our website and utilize our user-friendly online booking form. Simply provide the necessary details and select your preferred inspection date and time.
- Myinspect Hotline: You can also reach us through our dedicated Myinspect hotline at 1300 842 361. Our friendly Customer Experience officers will be available to assist you with the booking process.
Payment Reminder:
After you have booked your inspection, a Customer Experience officer will contact the authorised person to arrange payment. It is essential to settle the payment prior to the inspection. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your scheduled inspection.
