Pollution Incident Response Management Plans (PIRMP)
Under Part 5.7A of the POEO Act and the Protection of the Environment Operations (General Regulation 2009), Environmental Protection Licence Holders are required to prepare and make available Pollution Incident Response Management Plans for every licensed premises.
