Healthcare Needs of Older Adults
BACKGROUND: On 9 May 2017 the NSW Department of Planning and Environment issued a Gateway Determination in respect to the above Planning Proposal.
This Planning Proposal may also be viewed on the Planning NSW website (external link).
HOW TO VIEW THE PLANNING PROPOSAL: The Planning Proposal is on public exhibition for a period of 28 days from 8 November to 5 December 2017.
The Proposal and supporting documentation may be viewed using the links below, and at the following locations during opening /operating hours:
• Customer Service Centre, Wingecarribee Shire Council, Elizabeth Street, Moss Vale
• Bowral, Moss Vale, Mittagong & Mobile Libraries
HOW TO MAKE A SUBMISSION: You are invited to inspect the Planning Proposal and may make a submission in writing to Wingecarribee Shire Council. Any submission objecting to the Planning Proposal must clearly state the reasons for that objection. Any information that you choose to provide to Council may be used by Council to process this matter. Once lodged with Council the information you provide can be accessed by you and may also be available to third parties including members of the public. The lodging of a submission is voluntary, however if you choose not to lodge a written submission, your views will not be taken into account by Council in relation to this matter.
Submissions should quote file 5901/50 and must be received by Council by 4.30pm on Tuesday 5 December 2017.
A report on the Planning Proposal will be considered by Council as soon as practicable after that date, taking into account any submissions lodged in response to this notice.
Wingecarribee Shire Council is authorised to exercise the functions of the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure under section 59 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 as have been delegated to it with regard to this Planning Proposal.
