INTENTION TO ISSUE A LEASE

Council has formally resolved to grant a lease to the Wingecarribee Adult Day Care Centres Inc. The address of the premises is 3 Hansen Street, Bowral (being part of Stephens Park). The purpose of the lease is for the ongoing operations of the Wingecarribee Adult Day Care Centre.


In accordance with Sections 46 & 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council gives notice of its intention to issue a lease over the premises known as the Wingecarribee Adult Day Care Centre for a period of twenty one (21) years.


If you wish to make a submission regarding the granting of this lease, please do so in writing (quoting PN440300) to Council’s General Manager on or before 4.30pm Friday 14 April 2017.
