This page provides access to the draft 2009 LEP Instrument (text document), two associated summary papers and extracts from the reports to Council of 17 December 2008 regarding the SP3 Tourist zone and Land Reclassifications.
The draft LEP Instrument
The black text in the draft Instrument denotes that the clauses form part of the Standard Template (i.e. provided by the Department of Planning). The red text denotes clauses provided by Council.
Summary Papers
Council has prepared two summary papers to assist interested parties to understand the changes between the 2007 exhibited draft and the current 2009 draft Plan. These are:
* Summary of the changes between the 2007 and 2009 drafts.
* Details on the Reclassification and Proposed Sale of Council Land.
However, anyone with a specific interest in a particular property, or in a particular issue should consult the draft Instrument itself and relevant maps.
