Following exhibition of the draft 2007 LEP from November 2007 to February 2008 Council received a number of submissions and consequently resolved to amend the exhibited draft and re-exhibit the revised Plan (known as draft Wingecarribbee LEP 2009). The revised draft was on exhibition from 2 March 2009 to 9 April 2009. At the Council Meeting on 8 July 2009, Council resolved to adopt the recommendations contained in the report to Council of that date. These recommendations resulted from submissions made to the 2009 exhibited draft. The relevant report may be viewed here starting on page 41. These recommendations have now been forwarded to the NSW Department of Planning for incorporation into the draft document. The draft Plan, maps and supporting documents which formed the 2009 exhibition may be viewed through the links below, or at Council's Customer Service Centre during opening hours, or at local libraries during opening hours.
