Disclosure Statement of Political Donations and Gifts where Council or the Minister is the approval authority

As from 1 October 2008, the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 was amended to require the disclosure of political donations and gifts, when making planning applications or submissions in respect of planning applications.
