Advertised Development

Council must notify as an advertised development under:-
The provisions of sections 84, 85, 86, 87(1) and 90 if the Act apply to and in respect of development for the purposes of a residential flat buildings, units for aged persons, a place of public worshipped, an educational establishment or a hospital in the same way as those provisions apply to and in respect of designated development.
