Council notifies a development application where the enjoyment of lands, other than the proposed development site, may be determentally affected according to this Development Control Plan (DCP45).
All submisssions must be in writing, addressed to the General Manager and clearly indicate name and address of person making the submission, and if the submisssion is an objection, clearly specify the grounds for objection.
