SEPP 1 - State Environmental Planning Policy No.1 Development Standards

SEPP 1 is a policy which provides flexibilty in the application of development standards in circumstances where strict compliance with those standards would be unreasonable or unneccessary or tend to hinder the achievement of the objectives specified in Section 5(a)(i) and (ii) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act (EP and A Act)
