The Draft Plan

Access a copy of the exhibited draft Plan and Addendum together with the Department of Planning's amendment to the Standard Template gazetted 14 December 2007.
In reading the draft Plan you will notice that some clauses are 'Compulsory' and other are 'Local'. The Compulsory clauses are those provided by the NSW Department of Planning and are in black text. The Local clauses are provided by Wingecarribee Shire Council and are in red text. Any other text in red, such as objectives, was also provided by Council.
The Addendum must always be read in conjunction with the Draft Local Environmental Plan and forms part of the exhibition of the Plan. These alterations are in response to the Legal version of the Draft Local Environmental Plan which does not correspond with Council’s Draft Plan as submitted to the Department of Planning.
In addition to Council's Addendum, the NSW Governent Gazette #182 of 14 December 2007 includes an Amendment by the Department of Planning to the Standard Template. This Amendment may be downloaded below and must also be read in conjunction with the draft Plan.
To assist you in comparing the new zonings with the current zones a Zoning Comparison table is also included. Please note that in some cases there is not a clear direct comparison and so a 'best fit' approach has been taken.
