PURPOSE: The purpose of this Planning Proposal is to amend Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan (WLEP 2010) to Recalssify Community Land to Operational on Part of Lot 1 and 2, DP 1138229 for a future road to provide access to Retford Park residential development.
LAND AFFECTED: Part of Lots 1 and 2 DP 1138229, Community Land West of David Wood Playing Fields (refer to maps in Planning Proposal document below)

The Gateway Determination was issued with the notification that Wingecarribee Shire Council is not authorised to exercise the functions of the Minister for Planning under section 59 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 that are delegated to it by instrument of delegation dated 14 October 2012 in relation to this Planning Proposal, as the Governor's approval will be required to extinguish interests over the subject land.
