PUBLIC INFORMATION SESSION: A public information session is being held at Council on the evening of 5 March 2015. Details as follows:

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Planning Proposal is to amend WLEP 2010 by amending the Minimum Lot Size Map for Lot 391 DP737061 Farnborough Drive, Moss Vale to incorporate areas of 2000sqm lots and 8000sqm lots with the remainder maintaining current 4000sqm lot size, which will support a subsequent 85 lot residential subdivision
OBJECTIVES OR INTENDED OUTCOMES: The intented outcome of the Planning Proposal is to provide an 85 lot residential subdivision whilst protecting Ecological Endangered Community (EEC) of Southern Highlands Shale Woodland located on the site.
