Wingecarribee Shire Council will host an Information Seminar on Tuesday 15th July 2008 for any prospective Councillors at the upcoming Local Government Elections.
The Seminar will be conducted by the Local Government & Shires Association (LGSA) of NSW and will cover a range of topics. These include Our System of Government, Roles and Responsibilities of a Councillor, Life as a Councillor and the Election Process.
The Seminar will be held in the Theatrette, Civic Centre, Moss Vale on Tuesday 15th July 2008. Prospective candidates wishing to attend the Seminar should contact Council's Administrative Services Manager, Mr Peter Nelson on 48680702.
