Draft Plan of Boundary Adjustment of Community Land Precinct, Old Hume Highway, Mittagong

Council is the owner of various allotments comprising Mittagong Caravan Park, Mittagong Oval, Highlands Golf Club, Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW Premises, Mittagong Swimming Centre and remaining community land.

The Council property is classified pursuant to the Local Government Act 1993 as Community Land.

Council intends to prepare and lodge a Development Application for a proposed boundary adjustment so that each facility noted above has a separate lot number.

If you wish to make a submission regarding this proposal, please do so in writing (quoting File Reference PN676300; PN676200; PN1766240) to Council’s General Manager on or before 4.30pm on Friday 8 September 2017.
