Draft DCP Signage Controls

On 22 February 2017 Council resolved to place draft Development Control Plan (DCPs) provisions for Signage.  These provisions will apply to all DCPs.

The purpose of these controls is to ensure that they are consistent with the Exempt and Complying State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP) and SEPP 64 which addresses signage and outdoor advertising.

New sections have been included to address Variable Message Signs and Corporate Advertising.

Please use the links below to view the relevant documentation.  Hard copies of these documents are available at Council's Customer Service Centre, Civic Centre, Elizabeth Street, Moss Vale, and at all Council libraries including the Mobile Library.

The public exhibition of the draft provisions has been extended to Friday 21 April 2017.

You are invited to inspect the draft provisions and may make a submission in writing to Wingecarribee Shire Council. Any
