Documents Not Available on Council's Website

Please note that documents that are defined as open access information by Section 18 of the GIPA Act, which are not available through Council’s website, can be inspected at and obtained from Council's Customer Service Centre during business hours - 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays). A photocopy charge will be applied to any request for copies of documents. Please note that the information listed as available in this document is not an exhaustive listing. An application for information can be arranged by contacting Council’s Customer Service Centre during office hours. An application form is also available on Council’s website.

How members of the Public can access and amend Council documents concerning their private affairs

Council has a vast range of documents that can be accessed in varying ways. Most documents can be inspected at Council’s Customer Service centre between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays). For enquiries about any document, a Customer Services Officer should be contacted. If you experience any difficulty in obtaining documents or information, you should contact the Public Officer.
