Start your own business working from Home as a Registered Family Day Care Educator
Have you ever thought about:
Wingecarribee Family Day Care is looking to increase our network of Educators in the Wingecarribee Shire to provide high quality education and care to children aged from 0-12 years from suitable homebased environments.
Educators need to be warm, caring and professional people who enjoy working with young children. Educators must have the skills to operate their own small business.
Educators with our Service must have a minimum of a Certificate III in Children’s Services (or equivalent), recognised first aid, asthma and anaphlaxis qualifications and a current working with children check.
Family Day Care is regulated under the Education and Care National Regulations. All Educators engaged with our Service are provided with appropriate information and training prior to being approved and then ongoing support and encouragement from qualified Coordination Unit Staff.
Wingecarribee Shire Council’s Family Day Care Service is approved under the National Quality Framework (NQF). Eligible families are entitled to Child Care Benefit (CCB) and the Child Care Rebate(CCR) reducing their fees and out of pocket expenses.
