Boundary Adjustment of Mount Gibraltar Telecommunications Tower Site.
Council is the owner of the Telecommunications Tower Site, 232 Oxley Drive, Bowral.
The Council property is classified pursuant to the Local Government Act 1993 as Community Land.
Council as property owner intends to prepare and lodge a Plan of Boundary Adjustment for the land, to redefine the boundary of the Tower Site so that it aligns with existing fencing and bushfire buffer zone. Any residual land will be dedicated as bushland reserve.
Dedication of Lookout Road, Mount Gibraltar Reserve.
In addition to the above, Council, pursuant to section 16 of the Roads Act 1993 (NSW) intends to dedicate the land, (Lookout Road) as public road by publishing a notice to that effect in the New South Wales Government Gazette.
