Council meetings

Ordinary Meetings of Council are held on the second and fourth Wednesday each month commencing at 3.30 pm.

All of these meetings are open to members of the public and there is an opportunity to address Council via its Public Forum participation.  Members of the public may only address Council on items listed on the agenda for the meeting with the exception of tenders, legal matters and visitor items.

At the Ordinary Meeting of Council questions can be asked on any issue by members of the public  commencing at 5.30 pm. Questions must be written on the approved form and the duration is limited to three (3) minutes with the number of questions permitted by each speaker is no more than three (3).
